They got me in on a Saturday because of my work schedule so they could have enough time to diagnose the problem fully. A part had to be ordered, then they got me back in ASAP for the repair. They have been respectful and honest and answered all my questions, and I'm happy with the work they did on my van. I didn't get the "dumb woman" treatment like at some other places. I'll be going back in a few weeks to have them fix another, less urgent issue. They are definitely customer-service oriented.
